End of KS1
At the end of year 2 pupils are assessed against National Curriculum expectations. Below are the results of these End of Key Stage One statutory assessments for 2017 to 2019.
New Key Stage 1 assessments were introduced in 2016 to assess the new, more challenging national curriculum and the expected standards was raised. Previous test papers were replaced with a new set of tests including an arithmetic paper and tests which will include aspects of grammar, punctuation, language strategies, handwriting and spelling from across the Key Stage One National Curriculum.As a result, figures from 2016 onwards are not comparable to earlier years.
