School Complaints Procedure

The school follows the SECAT complaints procedures:

  • Most concerns are easily resolved informally by discussion with staff at the relevant Academy or with the CEO or Chair of Trustees if the concern is raised about MAT management; more difficult or complex concerns may take more than one discussion.
